You start your journey with us with a free initial meeting. This can be done by phone, by Zoom video conference, or by a face to face meeting at the venue of your choice.

During the meeting we will ask all about you and your business, and what your goals and ambitions are. We’ll discuss the services you are interested in and we’ll provide you with more details about how we work. We work interactively with you on your service proposal during the meeting, and you go away with a detailed proposition including completely transparency on our fees.

Once you agree the proposal, we then deal with everything needed to bring you onboard as our client. It really is that easy.

Our fees are paid monthly. At the start of your journey with us, you may be behind with your affairs so we allow you to pay an ‘alignment fee’ to catch up over a number of months.

After that, we keep in touch with you regularly by means of regular client service reviews, newsletters and client events.  You have access to your client manager for any help you require. If you need to change your services package at any time, we modify the monthly fee accordingly.
